Phil Desmond – FRICS, FCIOB

Phil is a multi-skilled and commercially driven Chartered Surveyor with a strong development background across a diverse range of industry sectors. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. Phil has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked for Zafiro Homes Ltd since 2015, acting in Project Management, Procurement and Commercial/Cost Management roles, from scheme inception and feasibility through to completion of construction. Phil also acts for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, chairing panels for their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
